Story

Forth Property Management was originally set up by Blair's parents, Paul and Fiona Fraser, in September of 1994. Since that time they have always tried their best to offer a personal experience to both landlords and tenants. When deciding to take a step back in 2016, Blair and Tiantian rose to the challenge of carrying on their legacy of running a small scale family letting agency.

Based in the south end of Edinburgh, Blair and Tiantian now run Forth Property Management out of their home in the Howden Hall area, so be sure to call before you come!

Our Services
For Landlords
We provide full management services including photography, advertising, sourcing tenants, inventory checks, property handovers and looking after ongoing maintenance, leaving you more time to relax on a beach! We always do our best to offer a high standard of work with no extra or 'hidden fees'. Please give us a call and we will be happy to discuss your property in more detail, or at least point you in the right direction!
For Tenants
Being a small family business, we are happy to offer a personal service. Any issues during your tenancy will be dealt with by either Blair or Tiantian, so you won't be passed around multiple people or departments. If you are currently looking for a place to rent, please check out our property listings below. We don't always have many properties to offer but when we do they are usually pretty nice!
